Flashing solutions is a connected-unified suite of solution for the Automotive manufacturing and service sectors.

The stake holders of flashing solutions are spread across Engine Manufacturing, VehicleManufacturing, Dealership and Service bays.

The suite provides synergic tools to manage vehicle and engine end of line flashing, Smartflashing on hand held devices, provides aquick health check of the vehicle and handlessmart part ordering. All this comes with astandard licensing distribution solution built in.

The solutions seamlessly interact with eachother to provide an enterprise application aswell as function independently and are compatible with the ISO, SAE, ASAM and MSR standards.

At the ECU factory, the software code and the dataset are programmed into the ECU. However, it is possible for the customer to re-program a new dataset / code or select from a set of programmed dataset using ECUProg.

ECUProg helps in variant management identification ofvariants and programming corresponding software into theECU and helps in putting engine test data into the ECU.ECUProg helps in injector quantity adjustments to programIMA codes (Injector production tolerances). ECUProg alsohas the facility to read and write data and other ECUparameters to the FLASH and EEPROM of the ECU.

End Of Line (EOL) is a set of activities carried out atengine or vehicle production to configure various ECU to suit an engine or vehicle variant.
