On the basis of Risk Based Classification Parameters, Proposal Risk is calculated as either High

Risk, Low Risk or Medium Risk & on the right side of it (marked with an arrow below), the Risk

Matrix is also shown http://www.sidaonline.in/SWC.Admin/Home.aspx

The Risk Matrix shows that for each individual item, what Risk Level has been calculated and the overall

Risk Category of the Building is decided based on the highest risk parameter breached.


In the following case since the Slope & Height of the Building are both in high risk category, hence

the overall risk of the building has been calculated as High Risk.

Inspections are then controlled basis the Risk Category of the Building – Preliminary inspection for

Low and Medium risk building is not required and only Self – certification is required.

as High Risk. There is a Mesh Button which activates after the Risk Calculation.
