HOW TO MAKE A MILKSHAKE

Turn your Milkshake into a Thick Shake! The only difference between a Thick Shake and a Milkshake is the consistency. Simply, add more Gelato or Sorbetto (instead of 1 scoop add 3 scoops) and voila, you have a yummy Thick Shake. The process will remain the same but you will now be able to appeal to those customers who like extra thick beverages. Now all you have left to do is place a thick straw upright in the glass and serve your lip-smacking Thick Shake. It’s really that simple, we promise.

HOW TO MAKE A MILKSHAKE

BlendedThe traditional way to create a Milkshake is to place all ingredients into a blender and mix until your beverage reaches a smooth and delicious texture. Once mixed, all ingredients combine to become a delicious flavour fusion. There is no limit to what you can mix together. It’s all about experimentation and letting your creativity take the lead. Don’t forget, Milkshakes appeal to the eye so the visual appearance of your Milkshake is almost as important as the taste. Try selecting a colour theme and using interesting garnishes or decorations to take your Milkshake to the next level.

are a lighter style of drink.

• Milkshakes usually have a higher fat content than

Smoothies because of the presence of milk.

• Smoothies can be made for customers with milk

intolerances by substituting milk with almond,

soy or rice milk.
