Health Insurance• Must have Health Insurance with coverage

- $50,000 for each incident with less than $500 deductible

- at least 75% of hospital and physician costs

• Premium is about $100 for 6-8 weeks

• You will receive an email the name of contact person to call so everyone has the same insurance policy

• Apply for Student’s VISA with I-20 issued by UC Berkeley

• Cannot use Tourist’s VISA

• If you will be exchange students in the USA right after Summer 2018, you must ask for I-20 from the host university
