The Lord Gives Us His GraceWhat does the law do for you? What does God’s grace through your faith in Jesus Christ do for you? Romans 3:21-26But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law, although the Law and the Prophets bear witnessto it—the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction: for all havesinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in ChristJesus, whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith. This was to show God’s righteousness,because in his divine forbearance he had passed over former sins. It was to show his righteousness at the present time, sothat he might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.

4 Just as God called us into His presence at the beginning, so now He commands His blessing upon us as we depart. We look up and extend our handsin a posture of thanksgiving as we receive this great gift. The book of Romans has been called “Paul’s fullest,grandest, most comprehensive statement of the gospel,” and it’s just as vital for the church today as on the day it waswritten. Sedona Class for Young AdultsThe Young Adult Class is studying the book of John, using an excellent study guide (very understandable and applicable)by Frank Barker.
