ThankyouforallowingyourchildtobeapartofourCrossFitKidsClass!Thecommitmenttoourchildren’sfutureisabeautiful,arduous,amazinglynuancedpath;thecoachesareexcitedyouhavechosenCrossFitKidstobeapart
ofthatpathasTridentCrossFithaschangedallofourlivesimmeasurablyforthebetter.Withyourchild,wearenotonlyabletopotentiallyenhancetheirlives,butwealsohavetheopportunitytoshapetheirlivesandtheir
realitieswithinthem.Ourcommitmenttoyourchild’ssafetyandopportunitytopotentiatetheirpersonallivesareourprimaryfocus.
Iwantedtotakethisopportunitytosetsomepoliciesandproceduresforthesafetyofyourchildandtheefficacy
oftheirCrossFitclassexperience.

yourchildisgettingthemostoutoftheCrossFitexperience.Ourprimarygoalistoensurethatkidshaveafun,safeexperienceandthatattheendofeachclasstheyarelookingforwardtojoiningusagain.
Aspreviouslystated,yourchild’ssafetyisparamounttothecoaches,anditiswiththisfocusweneedyourhelp.BelowaresomerulesthatwemustenforceasaCrossFitCommunitytobestprotectyourchild;please:
1. ____Walkyourchildreninsidethebuildingforthestartoftheclass,andcomeinsidethebuildingtopick
themup.
2. ____BringyourchildrentothedesignatedKidarea,wheretheheadcoachwillmeetthemandtakethemontothegymfloorfortheday’sclass.
3. ____Immediatelynotifytheheadcoachifyouseeanyoneintheparkinglotorinthegymthatdoesnotbelongthere.
4. ____Unlesspre-arrangedwiththeheadcoach,thechildrenareonlyallowedtogohomewiththeperson
whodropsthemoff.
5. ____Untilwegettoknowallofyouandyourchildrenbyname,pleasesignyourchildinandoutwiththeheadcoachsowecanensuretheyaregoinghomewiththeappropriateperson.
6. ____PaymentbySession
7. ____Awaiver,signedbyaparentorlegalguardian,isrequiredforeachchildbeforeheorsheisallowedtoparticipateinaclass.
8. ____Ensureyourchildhasabottleofwater,orabottlethatcanbefilledupatthedrinkingfountain.
