The Ixonia site has benefited from a few days of dry weather, though rain has delayed outside work slightly.
The new well is connected to the interior supply lines and water softening system and is operational.
Site work continues with dirt removal behind the building, for the new hard surface play area and bus loop. Grading continues on the West side of the building for the pad of the new building addition.

Main water lines at Greenland are nearly complete and pressure testing should begin within a week. Water lines continue to be run into classrooms from the main line. The exterior cuts have been made to install the new unit ventilators and roofing removal and installation continues. Installation of the new transformer unit is complete.

prototype installation mock-up of a unit ventilator has been prepared at
Park Lawn, in advance of the ventilator installation phase, to ensure
accuracy. Once roof replacement is complete at Greenland, Park Lawn
roof work will begin.
MEADOW VIEW ELEMENTARY
The archeologist’s report from the Commonwealth Heritage Group has been submitted to, and accepted by, the Wisconsin Historical Society. The Commonwealth Heritage Group has also forwarded this approval to the DNR, and the NE Corridor project received its Notice of Intent permit from the DNR this week. The City of Oconomowoc is hoping to begin work at the site within the next two weeks with initial paving completion in early November, 2017.

The OASD School Board approved initial schematic designs for the new Meadow View Elementary School at their June 20, 2017, meeting. The design and development phases will continue through the spring of 2018 before public bidding and construction begin.
OHS: MAIN & EAST CAMPUS
Visioning for improvements and renovations to OHS Main Campus and East Campus (known formerly as the Wilkinson building) has begun. This visionary team is comprised of teachers, administration, and staff from EUA working together to create instructional space for a variety of innovative programs such as science, STEM, bio-medical, business, engineering, design, digital arts, communications, government and public administration.
The project will include:• Renovation of existing OHS manufacturing and building trades
classrooms• Renovation of existing OHS space for an automotive classroom• Creation of a permanent, lighted walking path with video
surveillance, connecting OHS Main Campus and East Campus• Renovation of the East Campus building to create instructional
capacity for approximately 300 OHS students• Relocation of the district administrative offices currently housed
at Meadow View Elementary.
