Financial Management Systems andManagement Information Systems (MISs)
Installation of these systems is vital for effec-tive planning and delivery. County Govern-ments need to influence the structuring ofthe information so that it is relevant to themas well as serving the national Government.
Cascading Vision 2030 County Development Plans must mirror the Vi-sion 2030 and the MTP2, while making clearthe resource base of the County and its com-parative advantage.
