1. Take Mini-BreaksEvery hour (or even half hour) take a short break ofabout 2 minutes to get up, stretch and walk aroundthe office. It's super important to avoid sitting downthe whole day.

2. Walk, Walk, WalkPark further from the office entrance; take thestairs, walk during your lunch break....Any or all ofthese options will force you to walk more duringthe work day and get in some exercise wheneveryou can. Even walking to a coworker's officerather than picking up the phone to call them is agood idea!

3. Don't Skip BreakfastEat a nice healthy breakfast in the morningto boost your metabolism and fill you up soyou won't be craving fatty foods and junklater in the day.

4. Drink WaterInstead of drinking fruit juices or sodasthroughout your day, try sticking to water.Water will keep you hydrated and make youfeel full (so you don't indulge on snacks).

5. Pack Your LunchBy packing your own lunch during your workweek, you will save on costs as well as cutdown on calories. You can prepare a healthylunch and snacks the night before. Try toavoid the vending machine and stick to thesnacks you bring in your lunch box!
