We are proud to be an approved Centre with the Institute of Leadership and Management(ILM); this not only gives our programmes a quality seal of approval, benchmarked againstthe UK’s lead body for leadership and management; but also enables us to offerinternationally accredited qualifications to your managers.
Our approach towards ILM qualifications is different from many other ILM centres, we do notoffer ‘open programmes’ or set curricula, rather we really listen to the needs of our clients inorder to understand and interpret their objectives for a development programme; from thiswe craft a programme that is built around those exact and measurable objectives andoutcomes. It is then, and only then that we look at the ILM qualifications and see which mayprovide the best fit for the participants and the learning objectives. In this way all ourprogrammes are different, tailored to meet each organisation’s needs whilst still providing abenchmark against rigorous standards.

This membership provides learners with online access to a wide range of specialistlearning resources, all of which have been carefully designed to support participant’s ongoingdevelopment as leaders and managers.
As an Approved Centre we are able to access the whole suite of ILM qualifications should ourclients require it; this suite encompasses such areas as:
• Leadership and Management• Coaching and Mentoring• Business and Enterprise• Specialist Qualifications
Qualification levels broadly equate to levels of management experience. The higher the level, the more complex the skills and knowledge you’ll need to gain the qualification, and the moreunsupervised learning you’ll need to do.
ILM qualifications start at Level 2 (ideal for team leaders) and go up to Level 7 (suited to seniormanagers). Most ILM qualifications also come in three different bands, depending on how in-depth the qualification is and how long it will take you to complete it.
The Award is the shortest and most concise qualification. The Certificate provides a broadbase of knowledge and skills. The Diploma is the most comprehensive qualification, with anextensive programme of learning.
