    Asian nations also called for formal talks with Beijing over a sea dispute. ASEAN

    Secretary General Surin Pitsuwan said that Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen will

    tell Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao that ASEAN wants to begin talks on a binding code of

    conduct, aimed at reducing the chance of naval flash points, as soon as possible.

    Record-setting Indian- American Sunita Williams along with two fellow astronauts returned

    safely to Earth today from the International Space Station. They touched down on the

    steppes of central Kazakhstan, after spending four months in orbit. It was a perfect landing

    for Williams and the two astronauts, Flight Engineers Yuri Malenchenko and Aki

    Hoshide, as they touched down in the dark, chilly expanses of central Kazakhstan on

    board a Russian Soyuz capsule. Another three astronauts remain on board the

    International Space Station and will return next year.
