CTCI Corporation won the 6th National HRD InnoPrize from the Council of Labor Affairs
(CLA), Executive Yuan. The awarding ceremony held on August 31, 2010 when
CTCI President Andy Sheu represented the company to receive public applause and
bestowing from Premier Wu Den-yih.

In order to put these training programs into
practice, CTCI implemented a web-based Global
Training System (GTS) in June 2009 to manage all the
training activities.
This system provides the training records and
links to the employee personal information record in
the Talent Bank System.

running the development program, all relevant
activities are specified in the “Employee’s Advanced
Learning Management Procedure” and the
“Employee’s Training and Specialty Management
Procedure”.
