Take a piece of glossy paper of any color (red,
orange, yellow, green, and blue etc)
necessary for your want. The piece can be of any size. Make sure that you
can concentrate on it from 3 feet distance. Sit
in a comfortable position. Put the paper piece at the height of
your eyesight.

You can either paste it to wall or any other object. Everyday, at the decided time sit quietly and without any
thought in your mind try to concentrate on the paper piece for 15 to 20 minutes. You do not need to think at a
conscious level about your wants.
