4. DevelopthemasterplanofOldCityArea(PasarRaya,Pondokand PadangLama)throughtraditionalmarketrenewal,andbuildthemodernmarket,developpublicspaces,conservetheoldbuildinganddefinetheconceptsandactivitiesofinformalsector.

5. Stimulateandfacilitatereconstructionandrehabilitationofcommunitydamagehousesbytheearthquake.
