[EMERGENCY ACTION PLAN (EAP) 1 Emergency Action Plan (EAP) 1 Approved by: ______________________ Date: ABSTRACT These guidelines are designed for WPOA, Brown County, the State of Ohio and Federal agencies to generally follow to coordinate and expedite decisions needed during an emergency to return the affected facilities to their former operating conditions. The document contains the purpose, goals and an overview of the logic, timing, and responsible parties contributing to the timely decision making that is required to accomplish the goals. A detailed list of steps and responsible parties for those steps are included. A periodic review of this material is to ensure that it is updated as required by WPOA Board members and membership to ensure that timely decisions are made.
