Anger Management: Choosing to Change

Class is designed for those who want to learn more about

anger, the stages of an angry episode, and anger

management techniques to improve communication and

to create healthier relationships.

-May meet court-mandated anger management class

requirements. It is the responsibility of the attendee to

verify.

-Registration and payment required before class.

Cash or credit/debit card (no personal checks).

-Workbooks and materials are free.

-Six-week commitment is recommended.

-Enrollment form provided upon request.

-Certificate of completion will be provided upon

full attendance of classes.

-Drop-ins or late arrivals will not be accepted.
