DOT TRANSMITTERS AND RECEIVERS.

Transmitters and receivers for all DOT Opto Amplifiers. They small and easy to install.

The round sensors (type R) are only Ø10 X 30 mm and the side looking version (type A) 11 X 11 X 45 mm. We also produce several customer specified versions.

They all feature long sensing range, high stability, high immunity to extraneous light sources and electric noise. Standard cable length is 7 or 15 m.

All versions are completely moulded and IP67 watertight.

Amplifiers for 11-pin sockets are still among our most popular. Quick and easy to install, high quality with long life span. There are many variations and many supply voltages.

All amplifiers are today equipped with the latest microprocessor tech-nology. But even the newest are still backward compatible with the oldest produced around 20 years ago. So whenever you need a replacement just order a new one and plug it in. It will work.

The new M15 receiver is specially developed for Speed Comman-der® gate controllers with integrated frequency converter from Speed Tech A/S.

With a Speed Commander ®, a T15 transmitter and a M15 receiver the sensing range is 12 m.

M15 is constructed using the latest micro electronic technology.

M15 has long sensing range and an extremely high output signal making it virtually immune to electric noise. A special electronic cir-cuit stabilize the light-sensitive device to ensure high immunity against sunlight.

M15 receiver is produced in the versions shown above.

Mounting fittings are included with round sensors.

All sensors are completely moulded and IP67 watertight.

All amplifiers can be delivered as complete systems with everything included down to the tiniest screws.

The system consist of a watertight mounting box, transmitter and recei-ver, PG9 cable glands, 11-pin socket, DIN-rail, screws and nuts, every-thing you need for installation.

DOT10 SENSOR SYSTEM.

Two versions are now available, DOT10RN with NPN output and DOT10RP with PNP. The transmitter has a test input that can be used for safety function control.

The output is a short circuit proof NPN– or PNP-transistor.

The standard version has output ON (output transistor conducting) when a light beam exist between transmitter and receiver. Other output functions are made on order.

The transmitter has a green LED showing power on. The NPN receiver has a blue LED showing output ON. The PNP version has a yellow LED.

Mounting fittings are included.

The sensors are completely moulded and IP67 water tight.

Sensing range is 5 m. Supply voltage: 12-30VDC.

DOT10 is an advanced minia-ture thru-beam sensor system with 5 m sensing range, each measuring only Ø10X32 mm.

Transmitter and receiver are completely self-contained with integrated amplifiers, test circuit and output transistor.

Now also with NPN-output transistor.

DOT410 REFLECTIVE SENSORS.

DOT410D is a diffuse sensor that reacts on the reflected light directly from the target.

The sensing range depends on the form, surface and colour of the target. With a matt white A-4 size paper it is better than 3m.

24VAC/DC or 230VAC supply voltage. Relay output with changeover contact.

DOT410R Retro Reflective.

8 m sensing range against one of our standard Ø84 mm reflectors. The sensing range can be enhanced to 10m by use of a larger reflector.

Easy to install and no adjustments.

New antidew treated reflectors with water repellant surface enhances the outdoor use of reflective sensors.

DOT120 AND DOT111 OPTO AMPLIFIERS NPN-PNP, PNP-NPN CONVERTERS.

DOT120 is an Opto Amplifier for DIN-rail mounting.

The basic features are identical to DOT100 but in a smaller housing and without the 11-pin socket. It is made for a variety of supply voltages and it has a relay output.

It uses our standard range of DOT transmitters and receivers. With a T15 transmitter and a R15 receiver the sensing range is 15 m.

DOT111 Ampl.

DOT120 Ampl.

DOT111 is a series of plug-in opto amplifiers for separate transmitters and receivers made on an open frame PC board.

It is made in several versions, e.g. with relay, PNP or NPN output, with screw terminals or Molex connector.

DOT111 is intended for use in gate controllers. The small size makes it possible to place them inside the controller and just fastened by double sided sticky tape.

There are versions for 24VAC/DC or 12VDC supply.

They all use our standard range of DOT transmitters and receivers.

Light-ON/Dark-ON mode is chosen by cutting a jumper. Factory set-ting is Light-ON mode.

With a T15 transmitter and a R15 receiver they have a sensing range of 15 m.

The size of the PC-board is 58 X 68 mm. The two finns can be bro-ken off to reduce the size of the PC-board.

IPS1 and IPS2 Power Supply.

What do you do, if you have a sensor with NPN output, but you need a one with PNP. Or the other way around.

These inexpensive converters can remedy things.

They can be used with all kinds of low voltage sensors 10 - 30 V DC to convert a NPN to PNP or PNP to NPN output.

There are two version, one for DIN-rail mounting the other build on a small PC-board with moulded electronic.

They are functionally identical.

They are short circuit protected and the output can deliver max. 100 mA at 30VDC.

If you need a small power supply for DIN-rail mounting to drive a sensor or two, these supplies might be the answer.

IPS1 and IPS2 are small inexpen-sive transformer based power supplies.

IPS1 can deliver 30 mA at 24VDC.

IPS2 output 100 mA at 24VDC.

Both supplies are stabilized with very low hum and ripple.

Both are for 230VAC supply but they can also be ordered for 115 VAC supply.
