Activities

• September 19

Start with the parade "Wiesn Einzug der Festwirte Und Brauereien" through the streets of Munich and arrival of the various delegations to the tents. It possesses (relies on) 1000 participants approximately.

• September 20

Parade of typical commemorative suits called “Trachten Und Schützenzug ", where it appreciates the traditional gown of diverse regions of Germany and Europe.

• September 21

Tour of the Oktoberfest for 1,200 children invited by the Commune of Munich.

• Special lunch Oktoberfest

Special lunch in the tents of the Oktoberfest for the major adults.

• September 22

During the whole day the games and principal attractions have a minor cost.

Typical Drinks

• Apfelwein

Is produced originally apples.

• Beer

Each region of Germany beer has its own variety. Either Altbier and Kölsch, Berliner Weiße Lager, German beer is internationally renowned for its quality.

• Eierlikör

Is a liquor based on rum, brandy, whiskey, milk, cream, sugar and egg.

• Federweisser

It is a very soft, sparkling white wine. It also known as Sauser or Junger Wein in Switzerland or Burcak in Czech Republic.

Typical Food

The sausage play an important role in the culinary culture of Germany. There are more mild flavor, which are those that come from Frankfurt; roasted, how they prepared them in Nuremberg; or white, typical of the area of Bavaria.

Salads are prepared with pasta or potato and seasoned with meat.

The meats are typical chops of lamb, the famous knuckle, the hands of pork, meatballs and a few small chopped steaks callers “frikadellen”.
