Why We Do What We Do...

As the author of 9 bestselling books and past president of the Woman’s National Book Asso-ciation (LA chapter), I frequently find myself listening to jaw-dropping stories by aspiring au-thors whose books would surely sell and change lives. However, most of these would-be au-thors can’t find time in their busy lives to shackle themselves to their computer long enough to write their books!

HowWe Do What We Do...

During a 3-day intensive process (typically a long weekend), you (the “author”) are interviewed by Kelly Sullivan Walden--who has had over 1,000 hours worth of TV and radio experience (be-ing both interviewer and interviewee). The interview takes place at LuvHub Studio, complete with a green-screen, lights, camera, and lots of action.

By the weekend’s conclusion you will have recorded your story, teaching points, and method. The audio recording (once transcribed) will become the rough draft of your book. The audio recording becomes the rough content for your audio book; and the video footage of you telling your story becomes the raw footage for your web/dvd product (that can be used later for either a teaching product, marketing campaigns, pitch videos for publishers--a book sizzle reel, and/or content for enhanced e-books). Voila’!


How What We Do Is Different...

Most people who claim to “help you write your book” are actually selling you a product or service wherein they give you a few tools and send you on your way--ALONE--with enough motivation and visions of success that hopefully you won’t notice how difficult it is to shackle yourself to your computer long enough to do the solitary work to actually write your book.

This usually works for about a week...until the motivation wears off. At this point you are frustrated because not only have you paid thousands of dollars, but you are only an inch further along the path than when you started...with miles and miles left to go! AARGGG!$#*?!!

Yes, we charge more than the people who host the pep-rallies, but we aren’t sending you off on the field of play by yourself...we go out there with you! Your days of going it alone are over! When you create a Fast Track Book, your high-quality book (and related audio and video components) actually get published (either by a traditional publisher or self-publishing system) and see the light of day! At this point YOU BECOME AN ACTUAL PUBLISHED AUTHOR! And (FINALLY!) you can begin applying all the mar-keting strategies you’ve been hearing about (or dreaming about) to get your book to become a bestseller, start monetizing it, and having a true impact on the lives of people around the world!

Stage 1: Creation

*Once we determine if your story is a fit for our com-pany, we assist you in preparing for the “Weekend” by spending 1-2 hours with you helping you to identify 20-30 talking points (stories/table of contents).

*You arrive at the “Weekend” ready to open your heart and share your story/stories. We will consult with you on what it means to be “Camera Ready.”

*Lights, Camera, ACTION! For the next three days (8 hours per day) you undergo an interview in front of a green screen.

*Once this process is complete, within 2-3 weeks you will have all the raw materials (i.e. the first rough draft of your book, audio and video)!

*Investment: $7,495

Stage 2: Production

*Now your “book” is ready for editing, polishing, and a bit of “ghost writing”.

*During this stage our editor will contact you about any questions, gaps, or details that need to be filled in.

*Next comes the (basic) graphic layout and cover art.

***We will provide 3-4 graphic variations for your book cover. If you require something more elaborate, there will be additional fees

*We work with you on your publishing options

*If you opt for self-publishing, we help you get your book posted for sale on Amazon.com and other digi-tal book retail outlets) and put the paperback version in your hot little hands! Voila’! You’re an author!

*Investment: $6,995

***This fee does not include the printing of the book.

Stage 3: Audio

*Now that you are a published author (ooo la la!), you are ready to expand your platform by giving your fans another product to sink their teeth into. In that case it is now time to edit/ your audio product related to your book. The good news is your hard work is done--all you have to do is sit back, listen, and smile.

*During this stage our team edits, arranges, creates a pro-fessional audio introduction, along with creating bumper music before and after each chapter. We will also publish and upload your audio book product to digital outlets (i.e. CD Baby and Audible.com).

*Investment: $5,995

Stage 4: Video

*As stated on page one, your video content can now be used for either a teaching product, marketing cam-paigns, pitch videos for publishers, and/or con-tent for enhanced e-books.

*What’s required for this stage is consulting with and working with our editor about what you’d like to create (i.e. a two-minute book sizzle reel and/or 10 short we-bisodes, or a teaching series based on the life-lessons you most want to share.)

*Investment: $6,995

This package includes stages 1 & 2. With this package, if you follow our timeline perimeters, you will have a printed book in your hand (if you want it self published) or a polished manuscript that can be sent to an agent & publishers in 6-12 months.

Stage 1-4: Creation & Production of Your Book, Audio Product & Web clips

With this package (within 6-months) you end up with:
