Ellio Line consists of a series of various base metal sheets onto which woodgrain, stone, metallic, and abstract designs are printed.

This process results in high fidelity finishes capable of all the fabrications of a metal substrate.

Where is Ellio Line manufactured?Ellio Line is produced at two DNP metal processing facilities in Tokyo Plant and Osaka Plant. Both plants employ a rotogravure printing process involving applications ofprimers, base coats, ink patterns, topcoats, and protective film application. DNP’s unique process allows for tremendous flexibility in design and substrate.

Ellio Line plants do not fabricate the Ellio Line product although DNP has an international network of partnering fabricators

• Recyclable substrates: Aluminum, Galvanized Steel, and Stainless Steel

• Ellio Line achieves the look of natural surfaces without using real wood/stone

• Direct ink application through advanced printing process:

• Testing procedures performed in accordance with the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Conference (NELAC) revealed a concentration of less than 0.013mg/kg for all 60 VOC’s currently listed on the EPA watch list *

• Formaldehyde testing performed in accordance with NELAC reveals a concentration of <2.0 mg/kg *

*Note: NELAC testing performed at Benchmark Analytics, Inc. on 10/1/2008 with Pop Cherry YC008 embossed finish on GalvanizedSteel. Test results may vary between particular Ellio Line finish and substrate and are not guaranteed.
