In the Dual DNP/MBA program, nurse practitioners will become unique licensed independent practitioners and learn to assess and manage both medical and nursing problems in a variety of settings while developing busi- ness expertise and advanced management practices necessary for independent practice or leadership posi- tions in the field of nursing and healthcare. This unique dual master’s program allows students to apply up to 15 credit hours towards two degrees: a Doctor of Nurse Practice (DNP) and Master of Business Administration (MBA).
