ORDER

In pursuant to the' judgment dated 24-11-2014 of Hon'ble High Court inWP (C) NoA607/2013 titled Justice for All Vs Covt. Of NCT of Delhi and Anr, all

; I the Societies/Trusts running Nurserv/Pre-Primarv/Plav schools/Creches on the.land allotted by the Land Owning Agencies/DDA on the condition of admitting25% of the students in schools established thereon from weaker sections of thesociety and on free ship basis, were directed vide this Directorate's OrderNo.F/DE(15)/Act-I/4607/13/2015/3072-3080 dated 27-08-2015 to ensure thatthe said-institutions shall admit at least 2~~;%children of the total strength of theinstitution/class belonging to Economically Weaker Sections(EWS) of society,wherever any fresh admissions are made, and grant free-ship to them followingthe instructions/guidelines contained in the said order. It was also directed tosubmit the compliance report for admission granted to EWS category for the lastthree years i.e. from _2013-14 to 2015-16 in the enclosed proforma within twoweeks from the date of receipt of-this order. (Copy of order dated 27-08-2015 isenclosed).

Compliance reports in response of this Directorate's Order dated 27-08-2015 are still awaited from the Societies/Trusts concerned.

Since the ,new academic session is going to start w.e.f. 01.04.2016,therefore, Chairpersons/Presidents of such Societies/Trusts are hereby once. '.again directed to admit 25% children belonging to EWS category in theirNursery/Pre-Primary /Play schools/Creches in the academic session 2016-17following the procedure as contained in the order dated 27-08-2015 and submitthe compliance report for admission of EWS category for the last four years(w.e.f. 2013-14 to 2016-17) in the enclosed proforma within two weeks from thedate of receipt of this order.

Non-compliance of the orders shall be viewed seriously and the same maybe brought to the notice of DDA/Land Owning Agencies for cancellation of leasedeed -of the land of the society/trust.
