• From Campus:1. Follow Fair Rd. across 301 Bypass2. Take Hwy 67 to I-16 (12.6 mi)3. Merge on I-16 East (39.8 mi)4. Slight left on Montgomery St5. Turn left on W Oglethorpe Ave6. Take first left on Martin Luther King Jr Blvd7. Turn right onto West Bay St8. Destination will be on the left

• Valet parking at Hyatt Regency $7– First come, first served

• Public parking garage (pay by the hour)– Accepts cash or credit/debit cards

• Public parking on the street– Bring change to feed the meter

• Be a lady or gentlemen• Watch your language• When in the receiving line always introduce

your date first.• Only when COL Fredrick removes his jacket are

you allowed to, but you are not required to• If you have a short sleeve shirt you CANNOT

remove your jacket

• If you are a male and sitting next to a female or have a date, pull out there seat for them

• If you plan on going out (to the bars) you CANNOT wear your ASU’s, you need to change before you leave the Hyatt

Etiquette Cont. Here is the layout of the place setting. When eating here are some things to remember.- Your beverages are always to your right and bread plate to your left.- When using your multiple forks always remember to work outside-in as the meal

progresses, sometimes the dessert fork will be located to the right of the dinner fork

Receiving Line

• At 1700 the Receiving Line will begin. • VIPs will line up from the middle of the room

and have movement priority • Cadets will line up along the outside wall and

introduce themselves to CSM Turner, when there are no VIP’s waiting.
