The new dinner specials include Chicken Bake on Mon-day, with chicken and vegetables topped with puff pastry.Then on Tuesday, its everyones favorite Breakfast for Din-

ner with entrees like eggs and hash and more. Wednesdaysare Wild Game with wild specialties like Alligator Gumboand Elk Stuffed Peppers.

Thursday is the classic Ham Dinner featuring Southernstyle baked ham with pineapple and sweet potato fries. Fri-day is Fresh Catch Friday with entrees like crabcakes orfresh fish. Saturday is Steamer Saturday with mussels and

clams steamed in white wine.

The dinner specials are served with a dinner salad andchoice of deli salad side dish, for a complete dinner that you

can enjoy on the deck or inside.

The new deck at Pork & Wallys is a great place to spend

a summer evening or day. Relax outdoors beneath colorfulumbrellas with the scent of chocolate from Wilburs right

next door. Enjoy the new dinner specials, the regular menuitems or the seasonal features, like the goat cheese andstrawberry salad, the grilled blackened mahi-mahi sandwichwith ranch sauce and the BLTsandwich with fresh Washing-ton Boro tomatoes and a side of sweet local corn on the cob.

Pork & Wallys is located at 56 North Broad Street, whereyou can savor all the great Pork & Wallys specialities, likeroasted chopped chicken sandwiches, pulled pork sand-wiches and wet beef sandwiches, There are fried oysterpo boys inspired by New Orleans and Cuban style paniniswith roast pork, ham and dill pickle. Then there is the chick-en apple cheddar melt, the jammin turkey and the twisted

pretzel with roast pork and cheddar.

Owned by Mark and Jennifer Wolownik, Pork & Wallysbrings Southern style hospitality to Lititz. Mark is originallyfrom Lancaster and Jennifer brings her roots in South Caro-lina. Whenever you stop in, you are sure to get a great bigwelcome and great food that ranges from Southern BBQ tohoagies to burgers to full dinner entrees. Known for sand-wiches, salads and barbecue, the dinner entrees are servedstarting at 4 p.m., and include honey mustard glazed grilled

salmon and chargrilled chicken breast with peach and man-

go salsa.

Pork & Wallys is kid-friendly--- they have two adorable

children of their own--- with crayon-colored pictures dis-

played throughout the cheerful restaurant. And for anyone

who wants to know where the Pork & Wallys name came

from, Wally comes from their last name of Wolownik, while

Pork was a childhood nickname for Mark, because he loved

to eat.
