DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS – OUR OWN METHOD

Several years after out manufacturer developed their own method of sourcing collagen from fish skin, there was another breakthrough: introduction of a dietary supplement containing biologically active collagen. This was possible thanks to a complicated and expensive process that is lyophilization.

It is one of the methods for sourcing anhydrous products, based on sublimation drying that takes place at a temperature lower than 0°C in conditions of very low pressure. This process is used when drying particularly sensitive compounds and substances, especially those that are not heat resistant.

As a result, the active substances are still active and valuable compounds such as vitamins, proteins, enzymes, mineral compounds etc. are not damaged.
