POINTS FOR WEEKLY PAID RANK Every week during the ASEA Diamond Summit 2020 qualification period is an opportunity to earn points toward a prize package. The table below shows the points you will earn with each week’s paid rank. INCREASE YOUR PGV3 FOR BUILDER PERKS The first three levels of your personal sponsorship tree hold the key to adding ASEA Ascent to your Diamond Summit trip for free. Start earning Ascent Builder Perks when you increase your PGV3 by 40,000 points over your basis PGV3 (your PGV3 totals from the 31- week period directly before the start of the qualification period). ASEA Diamond Summit 2020 can be earned as two simple prize packages to reward consistent weekly Diamond efforts. BUILDER PERKS

Basis PGV3 for new associates who join during the basis PGV3 period will be calculated based on average PGV3 from enrollment date to 3 August 2019, prorated as a weekly average to 31 weeks. Those who join after 3 August 2019 will be assigned a basis volume of 0 PGV3.

RULES & POLICIES

ELIGIBILITY ASEA Diamond Summit 2020 in Rome, Italy is the official Diamond Summit trip for ASEA associates registered in these market regions: Australia & New Zealand Europe United States & Canada Mexico & Latin America Qualifying ASEA associates in the above market regions may choose to attend the Diamond Summit Asia 2020 trip at their own cost, subject to availability. See document “Incentive Trips Terms and Conditions,” available in your ASEA Virtual Office resource library at office.aseaglobal.com, for more details on incentive eligibility. All present and past Diamond Summit qualifiers are invited to attend ASEA Ascent 2020 at their own cost, even if no Builder Perks are earned. Diamond buy-in for ASEA Ascent 2020 is based on availability. PRIZE REDEMPTION Qualifying ASEA associates must attend ASEA Diamond Summit 2020 to claim any portion of their prize package. Prizes are non-transferable in any way, including to other people, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

In accordance with Diamond Summit 2020 prize packages, there is no Diamond buy-in option for Diamond Summit 2020.

The registration deadline to attend ASEA Diamond Summit 2020 in Rome, Italy is 27 March 2020.

Qualifying associates who register to attend the event but do not show up (without giving 60 days’ notice of cancellation) will be charged for any expenses incurred by their registration. Any changes to registration information, including name changes and adding new guests, must be submitted no later than 20 March 2020. Date may vary depending on the trip. ASEA Ascent Builder Perks prize packages include an air transfer from ASEA Ascent in Dubrovnik, Croatia to ASEA Diamond Summit in Rome, Italy. Airfare benefits earned as part of a Diamond Summit prize package are separate and cover only

flights to and from the Diamond Summit destination of Rome, Italy. Associates attending ASEA Ascent through the Builder Perks or Diamond Buy-In programs will be responsible for their own travel to the Ascent destination of Dubrovnik, Croatia. TRAVEL & RESORT A passport valid six months beyond the planned date of return is required. If needed, associates are responsible for obtaining their wn visas or travel documents.

Qualifying associates are welcome to bring a spouse, family member, friend, or fellow ASEA associate as their +1 guest to ASEA Diamond Summit 2020.

Qualifying associates are welcome to bring immediate family members beyond their +1 guest at their own cost. Additional rooms will be subject to availability.

Travel insurance is not required and is not included with Diamond Summit qualification. Associates may make their own arrangements, should they choose. AGREEMENT ASEA LLC reserves the right to use names, images, and likenesses of prize winners for printed and online media to market ASEA products and promotions.

ASEA LLC, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the incentive.

CANCELLATIONS Qualifying associates who have registered to attend ASEA Diamond Summit 2020 and decide to cancel will incur cancellation fees as shown in the fee schedule below:

45–31 Days in Advance 17 March - 31 March 2020 75% of total trip cost per person 30–0 Days in Advance 1 April - 30 April 2020 100% of total trip cost per person

Payment of cancellation fees is due within 60 days of cancellation. Overdue fees may lead to commissions being held.
