In 1955 our founder Gérard Bruneau decided to supplement his income by making quality garden furniture for a few friends and family. Very soon the reputation of his skill for making high quality and durable outdoor furniture became known throughout his little village in Canada and its surroundings. Later with the help of his son Francoisthey decided to expand the product line and to start selling to an expanding client base. They did this with the promise to keep the same high quality standards ofworkmanship and customer service that have made their heirloom quality products sought after the world over. We are happy to say that we have kept our company a family owed operation with 3 generations working side by side. We are proud to say that all our products are hand made with love and care by our own local North American expert craftsmen, and of the fact that we have kept our company at the forefront of environmental sustainability. We refuse to make our furniture with old growth forest products and we only use materials from North America to make our high quality furniture. Our products are now enjoyed the world over from Canada to the US to as far away as New Zealand, Japan and all over Europe.One of the keys to our success has not only been to always work at bettering the quality of our products and services throughout the years, but also to have forward thinking in offering to our clients an unbeatable satisfaction guarantee. resulting from faulty lumber or workmanship will be replaced
by DFC Woodworks.
Conditions: -Normal use of the product -The treatment is not included in the guarantee -Does not include installation of the piece. -Does not include fissures in the wood due to weathering which does not affect the strength or stability of the product. -All damages or claims resulting from the supply of defective materials or defective workmanship shall be limited to the value of the broken or defective material.

We are proud to offer only the finest finish available using the best outdoor stain on the market today. Cetol #1 by Sikkens, not only do we use the finest stain available but its our
unique application process that sets us apart from every one else. Before the final assembly, and after a fine hand sanding has been done thoroughly, all the furniture
to be treated is individually immersed in a 80 gallon vat of Cetol #1 by Sikkens for the first coat application. All the pieces are then carefully placed to dry and once dry all the same pieces get a thorough very fine hand sanding and all the dust is wiped away .
A second coat is then applied by spray. The same process is repeated twice more with finer sand paper used progressively for a full 4 coat application. We give our treated products a
thorough and fine application with a very durable finish.Because of this unique and thorough application process we can only provide two color
choices on our furniture, dark Mahogany (045) and light Golden (078).
Cetol 1 by Sikkens is internationally recognized as one of the best stains on the market. This stain creates a durable flexible film coating that penetrates the wood surface yet lets the wood "breathe" to accommodate constantly changing climatic conditions. It will not crack, blister or peel and is an excellent water repellent
as water will bead on it.Over time this finish will wear away( 3 to 5 years) and a thin application will need to be reapplied.

Our Royal Adirondack Chair is made with clear full 1” (2.5 cm) western red cedar. All the pieces are finely hand sanded to a silky sooth finish before
assembly. The seat has a gentle curve and the back is ergonomically designed to prevent pressure points to the back. The chair is put together with oversized Stainless steel (will never rust)
hardware.The comfortable seat is a full 22” (56 cm) wide and is made so that you can easily get in and out
of the chair with ease. The back is nice and tall at 33” (84 cm)We know you will agree that our Royal chair is the most comfortable Adirondack chair you

Hardware. The arms are made wider than our popular Clear cedar Royal Adirondack chair and has extra supports
as to permit even having someone sitting on the arms.This chair is heavier than our cedar model and will not
topple in heavy winds.Great for people who want their furniture to look and feel
heavy and solid. Because they are made out of pine they will not last as long as the Clear western red cedar models
though. But they do come with a

Specifically designed for taller and bigger people in mind, our Grand Royal has a seat that sits a bit taller than our Royal Adirondack chair and is a full 26” (66 cm) wide.
Made with the same attention to detail as our Royal chair, and is made with full 1” clear western red cedar. All the pieces are finely hand sanded to a smooth finish and put
together with oversized Stainless steel (will never rust) hardware. With a spacious and comfortable curved seat of 26” (66 cm) wide and the back is 34” tall.
The Grand Royal makes the most comfortable Adirondack chair for those who require more room and a comfortable seating. Like our Royal chair the Grand
folds easily for storage.
