Can a Bracelet Change Your Life?

The next few pages will show you…

How a simple bracelet can make enormous changes in your life.

The basics of the Better Life Beads

program.

Why the program only takes 4 minutes a

day!

The ProgramLike most people, I often tried to change many aspects of my life. There

were attempts made to be healthier, smarter, richer, nicer, more lovable and happier. The problem was, I tried to achieve all of these

goals at the same time, with disappointing results. Accomplishing one of these things is tough. To do all of them simultaneously, impossible.

After reflecting on what was wrong, I realized concentrating on a single goal would lead to more success than trying to change so many

parts of my life overnight. The concept behind Better Life Beads sprang from this need to enhance focus. With this single idea, I

roughed together the first set of beads and over the years, the program evolved into what you see today.

Complex plans for improvement battle with the realities of life. Our program is simply about focusing on one, attainable goal each day. The bracelet is a reminder and each bead represents a specific, daily goal. As we succeed, we move to the next bead. Progress may come quickly and at other times, more slowly. But it isn’t a race. This is a

long term plan to create improvements in our lives every day. Gradually, we become what we always envisioned we could be.

What is Required? The beads won’t improve your life by putting them on your wrist. There is a little work involved as well. I know you’ll agree the program is very simple and cuts the daunting task of personal development down to size. Improvement is for everyone. Working to be a better person doesn’t mean we’re doing everything wrong. Pro athletes head to the gym everyday and professors still go to class.

Your only requirement is an honest effort. Then it’s a matter of seeing how you feel and what positive changes are occurring in your life. Our only certainty is the life we have today. No one or no thing controls our happiness. That’s up to each one of us. It is an awesome responsibility and the ultimate gift we’ve been given.

How It WorksRemember the “4 Minutes A Day” promise on the first page? This is

how that works and the basis for the entire program. When you start the day, focus on the bead/goal you are working on. This

increases awareness of what you hope to accomplish. When your day ends, take 2 minutes and reflect on how you performed. (It may take a few days to remember, but will soon become part of

your daily routine.) If you feel good about your effort and accomplished what you set out to, move to the next bead

tomorrow. If it wasn’t a great day, try again tomorrow until you feel solid about your effort. You may occasionally get stuck on a specific bead. If this happens, skip it and try again the next time

around. Chances are, it will become easier as new ideas arise and you become more familiar with the overall program.

Before you begin, walk through the material detailed here in “The Beads”. If you are buying your beads now and aren’t ready to get

started, come back to this information when you are ready to begin. Start with the first bead (Gratitude) and move forward. Don’t worry about speed…just effort. There is no way to fail

except giving up. You can quit almost everything in life except trying. This is all about accepting a new idea. Success comes

only from opportunities attempted and failure from opportunities avoided.

A Final Thought…This approach is incredibly simple and the one most people liked.

Through much trial, it also worked best for me. You may find things you want to do differently. There are no right or wrong

ways to do this. Just like recipes, most good cooks add their own tweaks to satisfy individual tastes. I urge you to customize the program along the way. I hope you’ll share with us in the “My

Experience”. You can also see what other people are saying and pick up new ideas as well.

The reason so many self improvement programs don’t work is because they turn our lives upside down. Few people love change

but drastic ones are difficult for anyone to accomplish. By focusing on one thing at a time, we find a much easier path to

evolving into the people we always hoped to be. Just a few minutes a day can turn small ideas into huge, positive changes.

I hope the time you spend brings many wonderful things. Please share your experiences with us on facebook. My ultimate goal is bringing together people, all working to make the world a better

place by improving our own corners of it.

The World Keeps Changing…Shouldn’t We?
