So many entrepreneurs
struggle in their business
and can’t seem to get to
where they desire to be.

struggle is low or no cash
flow.

called Marketing.

really good at marketing.”

To get good with marketing all
you have to do is answer
some really deep questions
about your own business.
Then you’ll need a plan this is
your marketing process.

A process by definition is a
series of actions or steps
taken in order to achieve a
specific outcome.

Marketing by definition is
the action or business of
promoting and selling
products or services.

A Marketing Process is a
series of strategic actions you
take to promote your business
and sell your products to reach
a specific outcome (revenue
goal).

= More Cash Flow

Marketing isn’t successful
without the process! Without
the process – it’s just too hard.

Decide what the outcome is to
be, like perhaps a revenue
goal, then decide how you’re
going to accomplish it, step-
by-step.

You then commit, trust the
process, and follow through.
(This is where most drop the
ball – just FYI. Nobody likes
the follow-through part.)

You’re not even close to being
qualified to consider putting a
marketing process together in
your business until you’ve fully
accepted three things.

1. Sales creates profitability in
a business. You have to make
sales!

2. You need a strong
marketing structure to create
sales.

3. You need a process to
manage your marketing efforts
to insure you create the

If you aren’t being specific in
your marketing efforts you’re
being ignored. You can’t be
specific in your marketing if
you don’t know who you’re
talking to.

Customer they want to know
your compelling story. Why are
you relevant? Why should they
do business with you?

What’s your statement of
value tweetable?

A statement of value is a one-
sentence, 140 characters for
less, telling your Perfect
Customer what your value is
to them.

some wonderful clarity into
your business.
