Concept?To chose a brand outside of the existing health &
beauty market and apply it to creating a shower gel.I chose Alcoholic drink
company Sourz.
Live the Drain - Northumbrian Water
How Can We Educate People...?
... about what you can and can’t put down the toilet?
Our concept was to get people involved with drain awareness with a oversized walk-
through pipe installation.
Laid Bare - Philips Live Project
The Journey...This was a project I worked on with Philips based on women shaving
products.
I focused on first time shavers and how it ties in with the mother and
daughter relationship.
Take a look at the design process I went through....
ConceptTo create female shaver aimed at first
time shavers. Considering the pressures and anxiety of shaving for the first time.
Along with the first time friendly product and packaging comes the loyalty scheme ‘Laid Bare’ encouraging mother and daughter to be able to buy their
Philips shaving products together and save points.

Non-Literal Forms - Sketching and Modelling
The Challenge...
Sketching and model making skill challenge.
Create 40 Sketch sheets of Non-Literal forms. Meaning shapes that dont particularly look like anything but have hints of being inspired by
technology.
After development I made a model and added details to give the ‘technology inspired’ look.
Interaction with model considering ergonomic factors.

Where’s Your Sole-Lacoste Project Concept
This was a collaborative project with Lacoste to design a shoe within
a specific retailer which supply Lacoste shoes. We had JD sports.
This challenged us to look at the consumer of Lacoste shoes who shop, specifically at
JD and how we should break stigmas accociated with the brand/store,
to introduce a new style and customers, along with a
marketing strategy.
