Safety Critical, established in 2009, provide services throughout the UK to the rail industry, utility companies and public/private sectors, including design, installation, maintenance and support of all infrastructure and associated systems. Our skilled nationwide engineers and back o�ce sta� have project management capabilities ranging from bespoke technical solutions, to delivering some of the UK's most complex and prestigious projects.

Working with Openreach

SCG were delighted to be awarded a 5 year contract (value £16.5 million) from Carill ion telent in March 2012 to deliver Super Fast Broadband throughout Essex & Kent. We are very proud to work with such a prestigious client in delivering Next Generation Access and BDUK services tothousands of customers alongside Carill ion telent and Openreach.

In April 2013, SCG were awarded further contracts to deliver Super Fast Broadband throughout Herts, Bucks, Surrey, Hampshire & London making us the number one Flex Supplier in the South East. January 2014 saw SCG break into the Civils arena with a contractaward to deliver Civils Maintenance throughout Kent for Carillion telent. This award allows SCG to o�er turnkey solutions within the telecoms industry. This additional capability produced a contract award with Morrison Utility Services in March 2014 and Safety Critical are now carrying out Flex and Civils activities for Morrison in Essex and Kent.

This rapid expansion has seen SCG add to their HQ premises in Laindon, Essex by opening further satellite depots in Sittingbourne and Brentwood to cater for the increased levels of sta� involved in delivering these projects. With the nationwide rollout of Fibre To The Cabinet ( FTTC ) and Fibre To The Premises ( FTTP ) , SCG anticipate further growth in this sector and are currently negotiating additional contract awards.
