• To set up a Delhi International Pre-school one wouldrequire a property with carpet area of 2000 sqft withattached toilet facility and a minimum of 1000 sqft foran outdoor play area.

• An independent Bungalow is preferred; in case of theproperty being in a building, the proposed property

• should be on the ground floor with an independentaccess.

• Property should be in a prominent location with ease ofaccess, it should have parking and

• maneuverability space for cars and school vans.

Investment (Preschools)

The investment required to set-up a pre-school depends onfactors such as locality, city and the number of students theschool plans to cater to.
