Trello
Trello has so many benefits for any business. As everyone at Smarter Property Investing likes to make lists, this app will suit you beautifully. There are a multitude of boards, cards and checklists that people within a team can create which is ideal for juggling multiple projects. Note that Trello can sync your Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Slack and accounts on other platforms which is a bonus in simplifying your life into one place.

Asana
Asana is a great project management tool that you can use to delegate tasks. Downloadable either from Google Play or Apple, it is free to use for up to 15 members within your team. This ideal for small business, startups and busy entrepreneurs who need to manage multiple projects. With real-time updates for pending tasks, ability to move to-dos and assign priority levels to them it’s a fabulous tool for everyone. One of the things we like is that you can generate progress reports to see you are on the right track and make any adjustments if required. Note: you can integrate over 100 other apps with Asana to assist your workflow

Todoist
This app is great to move your to-do lists from either paper or Notes in your phone. You can access via your laptop, computer, and phone and it syncs with each device. The layout and design of this app means you focus on the task at hand and not get caught up in the fancy imagery of some other apps. Being able to share and assign tasks with others, means your tasks and to-do’s are acted upon more efficiently. Personally, we love the colour-coding priorities, being able to add labels and filters as well as creating multi-level tasks and projects.
