Add the letter “G” at the end if the profile is for your M-day status travels.
Use SSN without the “G” for AGR or Technician profiles.
From the drop down menu, select the only option:“Self-registration”
Fill in the information accordingly.
To select the State, click on the
magnifying glass
Choose your status
To choose the organization, click on the magnifying
glass

Once you select the Brigade, it will
populate the address for the Brigade .
If you can, change the address
to your unit’s address.
Fill in the Emergency Contact Name.
Profile cannot be accepted without EFT
Data!
If you have a GOV CC, enter the data.If you don’t, select “ADVANCE AUTH”
This is Very Important!
This information will be auto populated with the Brigade’s
numbers, but you can update

Please update the UIC!!!

information.In this case, the zip code and the
bank account information is incorrect
If you clicked on the option “Same as mailing
address”, it will be auto-populated, otherwise, you have to fill
it in. Remember to enter the number of miles to the closest airport and your personal phone number.
