The Business Calendar allows you to track important fixed deposit maturing or Trade events such as Letter of Credit Expiring, Bills Maturing or Loans Falling Due.

The Business Calendar button can be found on:

• The Dashboard

• Transaction in Process screen in Trade Finance

• Transaction Inquiry screen in Trade Finance

03 ADDITIonAL LAST LogInInfoRMATIon AnD DETAILS

With the number of cyber threats on the rise, users need to be able to defend themselves from a growing variety of attacks against your account. The enhanced last login information details provide your login history information along with some explanation about the location and platform.

Every login sequence on IDEAL 3.0 and IDEAL Mobile will display “Welcome Back <username>. Your last login was on... ”

Having the last login details helps to keep you alerted, and if any fradulent activity has occured with your account, kindly contact the bank immediately at +1800 222 2200.

We are introducing 2 new roles, the Verifier and the Releaser.

Verifier: A user that is able to verify a transaction after it has been created by the Maker Releaser: A user that is able to release a transaction after it has been approved by the Approver

These roles will support your company’s existing verification / release workflow. IDEAL will now allow for transactions that need to be verified before the approval process for additional controls, and for the option to release transactions to the bank after being approved for better cash-flow management.

These new roles will be supported on the IDEAL and IDEAL Mobile channels.

4A - Verifier Role:

Verifiers who have subscribed to the ‘Pending-verification’ alert will be notified of any transactions pending verification.

• Log in to your IDEAL account

• Navigate to the Verifications list. This is where all transactions pending verification will be displayed

• Select the transactions you wish to verify or reject (You may select multiple transactions)

• Click on the ‘Verify’ or ‘Reject’ button

• After a transaction has been verified, the respective status will be changed to ‘Pending Approval’ (Verifying transactions does not require a challenge response from the token device)

Note: This Verification workflow can be selectively enabled for certain payments above a predefined threshold amount.

4B - Releaser Role:

05 BEnEfICIARy nAME foR ACCoUnT TRAnSfER PAyMEnTS (SIngAPoRE onLy)

Account statements and Advices from IDEAL will now display the beneficiary name entered in the account transfer payment instruction. This will make reconciliation more efficient.

6A - Tax Payment

The enhanced IDEAL eTax function improves customer experience with the bank, while providing greater convenience and efficiency in completing your tax payments. You will now be able to obtain tax references, as well as upload these payments, in bulk.

New Features:

IDEAL users will have greater benefits, convenience and efficiency to complete tax payments online.

• You can register tax information in IDEAL and obtain your tax reference

• You now have the option to do manual or bulk file upload for tax payments

• You may now post-date tax payment transactions by a maximum of 7 days

Note: When making bulk payments, transactions will be displayed individually in the account statement

If user selects this option, a new section will appear.

When uploading a new file, a new option ‘Tax’ will be available.

1 ‘Type’ field When the ‘Tax’ option is selected, the option ‘Tax Payment File’ will be applied under ‘File Format’ field.

2 ‘file format’ field UFF will not be supported for Tax Payment.

3 ‘Approval option’ field The options ‘Per Transaction’ and ‘File total/highest’ approval are supported.

4 ‘Upload’ Button Re-stamping is not supported if tax registrations fails for one or more items in the file.

6B - Indonesia Regulatory Mandatory fields Changes (Skn, Bulk Payments and Payroll)

In compliance with the latest BI regulations (No.17/843/DSP), IDEAL3.0 SKN, Bulk Payment and Payroll will have additional mandatory fields:

• Beneficiary Resident Status

• Beneficiary Category Information

The maximum length of ‘Beneficiary Account Name’ and ‘Beneficiary Account Number’ has also been extended.

Beneficiary Account Name 70 S (SWIFT format)

Beneficiary Account Number 34 AN (Alpha Numeric)

07 UnIonPAy PAyMEnT AnD DIRECT DEBIT InSTRUCTIon REPoRT (ChInA onLy)

IDEAL will now allow you to easily access China UnionPay Payment report and Direct Debit Instruction report online, to facilitate your daily reconciliation work.

REgULAToRy ChAngES (TAIWAn onLy)08In compliance with the latest regulations, there will be new purpose code fields as well as validation rules. This enhancement will increase the purpose code accuracy, as well as reduce transaction turnaround time.

As such, when creating Telegraphic Transfers, Account Transfers or Intra Company Transfers, and if the Beneficiary’s Bank Code is ‘Taiwan’, there will be a new field with 2 new options.

If the Beneficiary’s Bank Code is not ‘Taiwan’, the new field will be defaulted to ‘Overseas’.

There is also a new ‘Sub Purpose Code’ field. If the ‘Other’ option is selected, a ‘Description’ text field will appear.
