Open the App and Let’s Start

Open DBS IDEAL Mobile apps.

Click “Allow” Swipe the screen Click “Start” button

Do your first time login

Click “First time using IDEAL” Click “Get Started” button Enter your login credential as stated on DBS IDEAL Welcome Pack then click “Login” button

Enter Email OTP

Email OTP is sent to your registered email address

Find the 6 digits numbers on the email and enter it on your mobile apps then click “Submit” button

SMS OTP is sent to your registered mobile phone number

Find the 6 digits numbers on the SMS and enter it on your mobile apps then click “Submit” button

Enter your new login PIN on both text fields and click “Confirm your login PIN” button

Your login PIN has been updated. Click “Continue” button

The digital token linkage process is on process

The digital token has been registered successfully on your mobile device. Click “Continue” button.

Enter your preferable digital token PIN and click “Continue” button

Re-enter the digital token PIN and click “Continue” button

Your digital token PIN is accepted! Click “Continue” button

Congratulation! All setup has been done. Click “Continue to IDEAL dashboard” to explore the IDEAL Mobile

If you are registered with hard token, it will have different display after setting the digital token PIN. Click “Continue button”

Click “Register Security Device now”

Enter the 10 digits serial number on your hard token (back side)

Click “Submit” button once both fields were filled

Click “?” icon to see the instruction to generate APPLI 1 code on your hard token

Enter the APPLI 1 code from your hard token

Hard token registration has been done!

Activate Hard Token (if applicable)7

Turn on “Save Org ID and User ID” to save both information for your future login on DBS IDEAL Mobile

Turn on “Use Touch ID login” for biometric login on DBS IDEAL Mobile

Click “Save Settings” to save above setting

Enter URL https://ideal.dbs.com

Enter your login credential with new login PIN and click “Login” button

Open DBS IDEAL Mobile apps, and click “IDEAL Digital Token”

Next Login on DBS IDEAL 3.0 (web)

Enter the generated numbers into DBS IDEAL web then click “Submit” button

click “Login to your IDEAL account”

You have successfully login into DBS IDEAL. Click “Continue” button.Security awareness page will be displayed.Please read it carefully before you click “Next” button.

Verify your registered information and click “OK” button to enter
