proceeds from David's Bridal and this Court's detection including by us ing multiple falseidentities and addresses associated with their operations as well as purposely-deceptive contactinformation; and

employees and any persons in active concert or participation with them from:(i) using Plainti ffs' Marks or any reproduction, counterfeit , copy or colorableimitation of Plaintiffs' Marks in connection with the manufacture, distribution,advertising, offer for sale and/or sale ofmerchandise not the genuine products ofPlaintiffs, or in any manner likely to cause others to believe that Defendants'products are connected with Plaintiffs or Plaintiffs' genuine merchandise bearingPlaintiffs' Marks;(ii) passing off, inducing or enabling others to sell or pass off any bridal andformal wear apparel and accessories or other items which are not Plaintiffs'genuine merchandise as and for Plaintiffs' genuine merchandise;(iii) committing any other acts calculated to cause purchasers and/or thegeneral public to believe that Defendants' products are Plaintiffs' genuinemerchandise unless they are such;(iv) shipping, delivering, holding for sale, distributing, returning, transferringor otherwise moving, storing or disposing of in any manner apparel or other itemsfalsely bearing Plaintiffs' Marks, or any reproduction, counterfeit, copy orcolorable imitation of same;(v) utilizing the Infringing Domain Names and registering any additionaldomain names that use or incorporate any of Plaintiffs' Marks; and(vi) ~ f e = , W . b ' i ~ W s . ~ ~ { " , ; " , , ~ ; . . u - - } t ( k ..tr

registries, registrars, or online third-party selling platforms including, without limitation,Alibaba.com, DHGate.com, Tradekey.com, iOffer.com, EC21.com, Ecplaza.net and

DIYtrade.com, eBay.com having knowledge of this Permanent Injunction by service, actualnotice or otherwise be, and are, hereby permanently enjoined from providing services to anyDefendant in conjunction with any of the acts set forth in subparagraphs (a)(i)-(vi) above; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 1125(d)(l)(C), the InfringingDomain Names identified herein at paragraph three and subsection (c) after paragraph numbersix shall be transferred to Plaintiffs' control and/or in the alternative that Plaintiffs may request~ ~ . permanent deactivation o ~ l b o m ~ a m e s through the appropriate Registry; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the gaining registrar for each of the Infringing DomainNames, VeriSign, Inc., Neustar, Inc., and Public Interest Registry transfer the Infringing DomainNames to a registrar ofPlaintiffs' choice pending further order of the Court; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the registry and/or gaining registrar, where applicable,for each of the Infringing Domain Names delete all existing Domain Name Server ("DNS")entries and corresponding addresses, and enter such registrar's default DNS and address entriesto prevent further damage caused by Defendants' use ofthe Infringing Domain Names; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Account Holder shall immediately locate and restrainall accounts belonging to or controlled by such Defendant from transferring or disposing of anymoney, stocks or other of such Defendant's assets, not allowing such funds to be transferred orwithdrawn by such Defendant and shall provide David's Bridal with the information relating tothose websites and/or accounts; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that after thirty (30) business days following the service ofthis Permanent Injunction on such Defendant and Account Holder, Account Holder shall transferall monies in the restrained accounts to David's Bridal, unless the Defendant has filed with theCourt and served upon Plaintiffs' counsel a request that such monies be exempted from thisPermanent Injunction; and
