Dear Parents,
We are committed to making sure that Buckhorn is a safe place for all of our students.
One way you can partner with us is by helping to protect our students with food allergies. If
you are planning to bring in treats for your student's class, please check with the teacher first
to see if anyone in the class has food allergies and refrain from bringing products containing
those allergens into the classroom. Thank you!
Jennifer Parmentier, LPN
From the Clinic I would like to welcome all the students back to school. It is time to update students'
health information. If your child has any medical conditions , please fill out the Health
History information sheet and return it to the school.
If your child needs to take any medication while at school, please come to the school
clinic and speak with the clinic’s LPN.
If your child has a food allergy or a special diet, please request a diet prescription form
that must be filled out each school year and speak with the school nurse.
Please also make sure that any conditions, medications, and allergies are listed on your
child's emergency card.
If you have any questions, please contact the clinic.
The clinic is in need of the following donation items:
~NEW packages of boys' and girls' underwear (all sizes, but espe-
cially 4,5,and 6)
~Boys' and girls' shorts in all sizes
~Belts
