Antioxidants and Micronutrients protect the body from damage caused by harmful molecules called free radicals. They prevent or delay some types of cell damage. Also we know, Antioxidants (Vitamin A,C,E) and Micronutr ients (Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Mangenese, Chromium, Molybdenum, Lutein) help in prevention and reversal of Heart Disease. These are available in fresh fruits and vegetables - which are not always available. Even if they are available the quantity of fruits and vegetables to reach our level of requirement will become huge-that we do not largely consume. SAAOL'S sister concern JMA Heart Health Pvt. Ltd. has now launched a full packet of Antioxidants and Micronutrients to help in Heart Disease Reversal in the form of Antox Plus. These tablets can be taken in a dose of one tablet/day even for slowing down our ageing process also. In USA the most popular such medicine is Centrum Silver. We have improved the composition o f Cen t rum to ma tch the requirement of more Calcium, Vitamin D, Iron which are short supply in Indian Diet. Happiness can be created by anyone if t h e y k n o w t h e formula. This magic

formula is matching two things - one inside the brain and the other outside us. If we know how match "What I want" and "What is happening" instant happiness will be produced. If these two are in agreement Happiness will come out, but if they are opposed to each other - stress or unhappiness will happen. Let us understand the back ground of "What I want". Each one of us, depending on our socio economic background, our education, present condition have certain expectations from others and outside world. Someone expects a particular mobile set; someone wants a particular bike; someone a particular car and someone a big house. Someone wants people around him and someone wants to stay in isolation. Some may expect people to respect him, say "sir" - someone does not have that attitude. This is "What I want". We can call it "Mindset" also. The other factor in the production of happiness or stress is "What is happening". This may be called "What we get" or "Reality". How people behave with you - indifferently or with respect; How your relatives, children, spouse treat you; the weather; your neighbours; your colleagues - all are part of "What is Happening". The internet services, the roads, the

infrastructure, power supply, noise around you , the train services are all part of this "Reality". Our mind keeps on matching these two - "What I want" and "What is happening" all the time. If they match with each other - happiness results. If our "Mindset" is away from "Reality" - chances of unhappiness will increase. We do this matching every moment of our life - may be as many as one lac times in a day. Whatever we see, Happening gets registered in our mind and then we match this with our mental state "What I want" . Every match or mismatch has a potential of producing stress or happiness. Out these two , the first one "What I want" is more modifiable than the second one "What is Happening". Those who can modify their "Mindset" or "What I want" quickly according to the surroundings/environment will have more chances of Happiness. These people are found to be more flexible, adjustable and remain more happy. If we can identify "What is happening" or "Reality" in advance; can modify them or avoid them or accept them - Stress can be reduced also. These are short time ways of producing happiness. If we want to produce happiness on the long term - we need to modify our "What I want" in a big way. This is the foundation of "Spirituality".

The Origin of Happiness

This is always happenings when someone shouts at us either with reason or without reason. We also immediately become angry and retaliate back with anger. This makes more harm than good. We should calm down and relax first. Then we should do an analysis and find out if the mistake done by us. After thinking we should take the decision what you want to do. During anger our excited brain mostly takes wrong decisions and spoil our relationship. 41. Everyday try to help someone, practice giving. If we want happiness for a lifetime, help somebody. Happiness is found in helping others. Whenever there is an opportunity to help others do not sit back. We will feel happy whole day after we help the needy. Giving to others is not exactly a sacrifice. We should help without thinking of any return. Help or give when you have spare money or time. But keep this practice on. 42. Practise honesty as far as possible.Being honest means not to lie, steal or cheat in any way. When we are honest, we build strength of character that will allow us to be a great person in front of us and others. We are blessed with peace of mind and self-respect, also trusted by others. It may not be possible to be honest always in our modern life, work life full of dishonesty, lies and cheating. But we should try to be honest as far as possible. This will make us contented and happy. 43. Never be over possessive. In our life we try to keep control on our family, subordinates, children under our control. Some control is good and keep

the system in good shape. But we should not be over possessive. Give everyone some space to be comfortable. Over possessiveness about our money, usable items lead to selfishness and misernesh. Stress will come as someone tries to use your items. Be more flexible. 44. Do not promise unnecessarily, say "I will try".If we are not sure about delivering our promise, we should keep a rider. We should tell "I do not promise but I will try my best" and then give our best. This keeps stress little away. When we are sure - we should promise. But when we want to do something but we do not know whether we shall have time, means to accomplish - keep a space for ourselves. Many people have a habit to pleasing people and promise them - but at the end things are not dome and this takes a toll on their credibility. People lose faith in them. 45. Make a balance between commotion and loneliness. We love friends, relatives around us. So we call them to our homes, to the parties - talk to them and enjoy their company. But sometimes we overdo it and lose our privacy. We remain always surrounded by people and have no time for ourselves. We have to work so hard to entertain them, to please them, to keep them happy that we get exhausted and stressed. On the other hand many people stay alone, do not meet people - for fear of doing efforts when they call other to their homes, for fear of losing privacy. They face loneliness. So, it is better to chose a middle path. Keep some friends but limit the numbers. But keep time for yourself too. Make a balance between the two.

I am Meera Popatlal Tatiya 57 y e a r s o f a g e residing in Ghoti in

Nashik. In November, 2015 I had some swelling on the face and giddiness. I went to the local doctor who said it was because of heart and I must go to the Cardiologist. We went to Mumbai and met one senior cardiologist in Bombay Hospital. He advised me to go for an immediate Angiography. My son stays in Bangalore , so we decided to go to Bangalore and get further opinion. We went to Narayana, Apollo, Manipal - all the famous heart hospitals and all of them suggested Angiography. So on 25th J a n u a r y, 2 0 1 6 w e w e n t f o r Angiography test in Manipal Hospital. They said there were 8 blockage 75%, 80%, 85%, 90% and 95% and advised Bypass Surgery. They called my son and showed all the blockage in the computer screen - and he immediately agreed for the Bypass operation. But my husband

did not agree. He wanted to avoid Bypass and cutting of the body. So, we went back to Mumbai and vis i ted s ix of the best Cardiologists. All suggested that I had critical condition and carrying a big risk of death from heart attack. But my husband did not agree. Then my daughter searched in the internet and found out about Dr. Bimal Chhajer. We contacted him in Delhi and came to know about their center in Bangalore also. So we decided to undergo 35 sittings of ECP and 20 infusion of BCA and followed all his lifestyle advices. During treatment we were also able to meet Dr. Chhajer My condition improved immediately. I could walk as much. After one year I decided to take another Angiography which showed almost all my blockage have reduced.I thank SAAOL Bangalore and Delhi and Dr. Chhajer for giving me a new life.

is not necessary that happiness and success will come at the end of the work. It comes slowly during work. We should continue our work. Working should be happiness. We should not think that happiness will only come at the end. In our journey of life same thing applies. Enjoy every day as it comes. Nothing will come at the end. Be happy as we move forward in life, do good to others and ourselves. 35. Avoid anger.Anger is our biggest enemy. We should stay in control of our anger, don't let our anger to control us. Anger is the feeling that makes our mouth work faster than our mind. As all of us know that words and acts of anger is never good on the long term. The best way to avoid anger is to avoid what is negative. The less we respond to negative people, the more peaceful our life will become. We must try to understand others views before becoming angry. 36. Someone has helped you, always be grateful. We should try to always be grateful. Everyone may not help us, but there will always be someone who helped us in the journey of life. We should never forget them. Keep in mind that we must return the favour. Even if we cannot exactly return the favour we should feel grateful to them. It works better if we keep on reminding them that they were helpful in the past. Both will feel good. 37. Someone has insulted you, harmed you - always try to forget. In our life we shall face problems because of others. It is possible that someone may have insulted us or harm us knowingly and unknowingly. Now,

when we remember them and the insulting incidence stress comes immediately making us unhappy. There will be occasions when the persons who harmed us or insulted us do not even know about it. But we keep on brooding upon the event and get unhappy. So, it is better we try to forget these persons or bad events of life and move forward. 38. Pay respect to elders and seniors. Our elders are not our burden rather they are most lovable and respectful in our life. They are full of knowledge, culture and experience of life. We should always respect them. They are our seniors and deserve respect. We should talk to them soberly and give them respect when we talk to them. Our parents and elder members of the family also should be treated with care and respect. We should show our love to them and never shout at them. 39. Follow your religion, it gives you a base. Pick up values, not rituals. Our religion teaches us our values, and sometimes rituals. We should follow these values more than the rituals. Religions teach us to avoid hatred and spread love; they teach us to be good to others and not to harm people; they teach us to be humble, to sacrifice, practice gratitude, forgiveness, and have faith. They teach us to pray and keep hope alive. These form the basis of our life. We should pick up these virtues from our religion. Rituals are usually less useful and are more picked up. Try to avoid unnecessary rituals.40. When someone shouts at you….relax. Take appropriate action when mind is cool.

22. Keep your weight near the normalHaving a normal weight saves us from many common diseases like Heart disease, Aigh BP, Diabetes and Arthritis. It gives us a positive confidence when meeting new people. If one is over weight cutting down cereals (wheat, rice, corn, Jawar, Bajra) and fats help losing weight. We should also fill our stomach with fruits and vegetables to lose weight. 23. Keep one or two hobbiesWe should also have some hobbies to keep us busy when we feel lonely. This may be listening to a particular type of music, stamp collection, photography, gardening reading story books. Hobbies are something we must love. Spending time on our hobbies gives us immense happiness. 24. Watch movies, not serials Watching movies is much better than watching serials in television. Movies get completed in two hours or so and giving us a completeness, a theme of life. But the serials are prolonged, fixed in t ime, keep showing emotions , conspiracy. Movies can be chosen according to our choices. 25. Wish your friends and re la t ives on b ir th days and anniversariesIn our daily life we get so much busy with ourselves that we do not get time to meet, spend time with our loved ones - relatives and friends. Wishing people on their important occasions is a very good way to maintain good relationship. Make a list and try to remember them. In the

auspicious to perform Puja so this sacred activity performed during the morning is the best way to start a day. The only thing that matters is a sheer dedication and pure bhakthi/Faith. 29. Keep working, even if you are upset.Being upset is not good for a Human mental health, but still it will happen. During this period we stop working and brood upon the upsetting event. This creates more stress. So, whenever we are upset, we should do some work, any type of work. When we work we forget that reason due to which we are upset. And also during working, we don't remember that reason at anyhow. Keeping on working creates happiness when you love working.30. Forgive people, especially if you love them.Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other. The first to Forgive is the strongest. Forgive does not means that we lose, It tells that you are so strong. Weak never forgive others. God forgives us, and if we are his children, we must be forgiving others also. As we know, that not a single person on the Earth is always good, everyone do mistakes, even we can. So forgive all. If you forgive people, your God Almighty will forgive you. And God blesses those who are merciful. If we forgive our loved ones, the distance never develops.31. Do not do all the changes together.Changes in life are important. We should do changes time to time, but not do all together. If we have 10 changes in mind - we should initiate them one by one. We

times of social media of whats app and face book - it has become a very easy tool to send your comments and greeting to others. 26. Practice AcceptanceMany things will happen in our life which we do not like. We may suffer further whenever we remember or interact with those things which we feel bad about. We must thus try to accept those things which we cannot change. So, the rule is whatever we can change is alright, but whatever we cannot change accept them. 27. Never try to harm someone - known or unknown.Helping someone is a virtue, but we have a limit of giving help. So, we may not be able to help many people. Still it is alright. But we should not harm anyone - directly or indirectly. So, forgive those who have harmed you and do never try to harm them back as a part of revenge. Some of our acts may also harm someone we do not even know. This gives us an internal satisfaction. Keep your weight near the normal.28. Do Puja every day , if you believe in God.Puja means to adore or worship. Its like Praying. Do Puja everyday if you faith in God .God is our Almighty. Puja is considered as the simplest way to convey our words to the supreme almighty for fulfilling all our wishes based on our Karmas. It is done to show our gratitude to the Bhagwan/God for blessing us with this human life and love. It is a humble way to give our gratitude to the Lord. Mornings are said to be

should complete the first one, then go for the second. This makes sure that we can manage them without a lot of pressure. The chances of proper implementation are more when we change one at a time. But keep a note and do not forget what changes we planned. 32. Do not deviate from your ethics and values as far as possible.Ethics are principles or fairness in our behaviour, working life. Every one of us has a set of values through which we look at all the things and at the world around us. They make our character. Thus we should not deviate from our ethics and values. They make our goodwill and influence people around us. The values can be said to be the guiding principles in one's life. Values guide us to make good decision. If we follow your ethics and values then we have more chances of happiness.33. Cut down your ego, do not show off unnecessarily. We all have good qualities. But trying to compare our good qualities with others and showing off these goodness is Ego. Ego can be of money, position, good looks, qualification, intelligence, family standards. But this showing off is unnecessary. If we are good, people will appreciate. We do not need to ask them to appreciate. Two people with Ego will always fight. Cutting down Ego means we start looking at the good qualities of others and compare them with our weaknesses. Humbleness will result. This will keep us on ground and happy. 34. Happiness should come during work/journey, not at the end. When we begin some work either to become happy or for any other purpose it
