Principal Paul Mathews joined the College in November last year

The achievement of becoming an IPS provides greater autonomy, including more control over staffing selection, increased creativity

Critical to the future growth of the College is seeking feedback

Thats why the Northern Suburbs Destination Strategy is a key

focus of the vision for 2020 which will see stronger connections between the Colleges feeder middle schools and primary schools to establish connected pathways for student progression.

We have an outstanding level of support from the parents and

families of this College, and their level of support for the IPS process was an endorsement of their faith in the leadership.

Providing a link between parents and management is the College

Council, chaired by Adam Walding.

He says its an exciting time in the Colleges history and the new

initiatives are paving the way for quality educational outcomes.

The kids love coming here because its such a friendly, welcoming

and safe school that encourages them to learn.

College Year 10 Captain Chloe agrees.

All the people here, the staff and students are equally friendly.

broad and diverse, which I know will help when I am ready to

start my career. The teachers are really supportive too and Im

enjoying learning and already talking to my teachers about my

options for next year.
