Project Background Daning Lingshi Park is a 68 hectors (200 acres) green park developed

by the Zhabei district government of Shanghai three years ago. It waspart of the master plan to improve the quality of living in the Zhabeidistrict.

The park currently have an brand new state-of-the-art meeting facilityextending to the lake; a pier with rental boats; a lookout drinks stop ontop of the waterfall; a restaurant; an outdoor amphitheater and somemaintenance building and management office.

Early April, the time when fresh tea products are introduced intomarkets, the annual Shanghai International Tea Culture Festival isheld in this beautiful city of Shanghai.

Since 1994, Zhabei District, being the sole host, has successfullyheld Shanghai International Tea Culture Festival for twelvesessions.

Through holding the festival, Zhabei has consolidated its economicconnections with the neighboring areas, promoted internationalcultural exchange by means of a series of goodwill tea activities,and created development opportunities for the District.

Over the years, with its unique features, the annual Shanghai
