Welcoming visitors to StromnessPublic Swimming Sessions

Mainly evenings and weekends during school term.During school summer holidays open mainly mornings, afternoon and evening.

Other holidays only afternoon and evenings

Lane SwimmingHalf the pool is roped off during the public sessions every evening except

Wednesday & Saturday 6pm - 6.45pm for lane swimming

Supervised Childrens’ Fun SessionsInflatables and other pool toys are available at various times.

Wednesday 9.30am - 10.15am (during school term time only)

Adult Only SessionThe aim is to attract the older/more leisurely swimmer by allowing them to

swim at their pace. Mondays 7.40pm - 8.40pm.

Health & Fitness SuiteStromness has a modern well equipped Fitness Suite containing a range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment. An induction must be completed

with us before using the gym. Over 16 years only.

The Health Suite includes a sauna, steam-room and spa. Over 16 years only.

Children over 8 years can use the Health Suite at the weekends when accompanied by an adult - 2 children per adult.
