Tasks and Responsibilities: Manage the daily running of the HR Department. This is to ensure the tasks are assigned and

submission deadline.  Ensure all Local Employees documentation are correct at all times including, vetting, MOI Forms

and Contracts.  Work with the compliance department to complete to MOI monthly update for Iraqi National (IN)

employees.  Management, Preparation with the Finance Manager and Audit of the Iraqi Nationals payroll.

Ensure that all employees' days worked, salary, benefits and deductions are captured and accounted for correctly on a monthly basis. All documentation must be backed up which will include signed contracts and approved timesheets. 

Manning budget analysis to ensure any positions employed are budgeted for. This will be in collaboration with the Finance Manager. 

Dealing with the Criminal records are required by PSCD in case we have one of our employees had has a criminal record and direct him to get the Clearance letter is required

Keep tracking with the Standby list for our EX employees to be ready to join the projects any time and keep their contact details updated and retain their names on (SOC Pass and BMS ) as well

Do all recruiting requirement : Coordinate with Basra provincial Council (Basra Oil&Gas Committee) for all recruiting processes. Dealing with Social Committee in Majnoon Field to facilitate get the names of candidates for new

employees to work up there, and prepare Badge application form to issue their ID Badges before they start working.

Dealing with Basra Employment Central office who created recently to be the focal point of recruitment to oil and security companies .
