As a result, we were able to fnd how many read-ers and followers of our work -- support us! Thisissue will show you how hard we are working on

spreading the word of free expression andacceptance to our contemporary approach ofgetting “it” out there.

Q-vo SalinasThere are so many cars on the street.so many people walking, and too many people talking

about you, Salinas.

Buenos Dias. Buenos Dias. Saluda a todos. Buenos Dias.

Saying rumors like they know you or what you’ve been through.

34 homicides in one year up until November 1st.

Treinta y cuatro muertitos returning to earth.

Someone had to pull the trigger and no one want to point a finger.

There’s so much blood on our hands, Salinas and I can’t seem toface it.

Apuntas un dedo, y te apuntas tres.

We’re equally guilty Salinas, for letting things get like this.

Cutting you off and carving you out.

The rest of the world has long since marched away, they’ve given up!

Ya no hay huelga aquí. Ya no hay porque luchar



Duérmete mi bebe, duérmete me ya.

It’s been a long year Salinas, no puedo dormir.

I’m up at night thinking.

There’s too many cars on the Street, not enough houses to sleepin, too many momma’s babies are bleeding.

HE WAS WAKING HIS DOG, SALINAS!

WHY DID IT HAVE TO END LIKE THIS?

You took them out, and you’re taking me down.

Eso es lo que dicen, Salinas.

We did the crime, now we have to put in time

to heal and deal with the issues we are hiding.

Time to bring into light those whos souls have darkened.

Let go of that 40 next time you go to the market

and save that 25 for fight or die situation!



This poem is dedicated to those who lost a very important individual in

their lives. Holidays are always tough, but remember a memory last for-

ever.

Heaven’s New Bird

Momma always opened her wings,

As she would graze my hair, and kiss my cheeks.

“I love you always and forever,”

She would gently tweet.

“Goodnight my Angel,”

And tuck me in at night, then hum me to sleep.

…

But you’re the ones that’s gone,

Now I only see you when I dream.

Don’t y too far mom,

Please be careful during this chili weather.

Heaven is your nest,

I’ll always think of you when I see a feather.
