Critical role of group for timely first physics publication on MinBias Physics (Phys.Lett B 688 1 (2010) 21

Technical : Understanding tracking, vertexing, detector material with data and iterating the MC for ATLAS inner detector

Abstract submitted to CHEP 2010 by Zaidan on D3PD production for ATLAS SM

For 7 TeV data (publication expected in August): Behera, Limper and Zaidan, centrally involvedBehera, Zaidan additionally responsible for independent second analysis including systematics

Limper responsible for inclusion of tracks down to 100 MeV pT (previously 500 MeV)Behera also involved in testing KNO scaling and multiparticle correlations from the 900 Gev and 7 TeV data sets (expected publication: end of 2010)

Job responsibilities: Limper : Pixel Database continuing ; Prompt Recon Coordinator (PROC) for ATLAS from June 1, 2010 Zaidan: D3PD expert on call from Nov 2009 Behera: Data Preparation coordinator (QCD group) from Oct, 2009, US-ATLAS liaison for QCD

Line 4 Da ta -> DataLine 5: PROC definition is near the bottom - perhaps put it here. You say: "Limper responsible for inclusion of tracks down to 100 MeV p_T..." is she the only one? 900 Gev-> 900 GeV

Internal Supporting Notes leading to publication: Behera 8 (6 MinBias 2 Pixel, used as basis for the publication , arXiv:1004.5293, accepted for publication in European Physical Journal) Zaidan 5 and Limper 6 since they joined Iowa, Mallik 1 (Pixel, also one of the six editors for the publication of the Pixel commissioning paper)

Line 3 - cut and paste error - SLAC Seminar at SCIPP???Line 5: what is "IC" just before "IA"? Internal supporting notes - the numbers, 8, 6 should be indicated somehow as numbers like 8 notes, 6 notes on MinBias, etc. You say "used as basis for the publication" which note was that? One of the Pixel note was used as the basis of pixel performance in the publication...
