CREATE A SURVEY

1) Type in www.surveymonkey.com

2) Click on ‘Sign Up free’ to create an account.

3) Fill up the required fields or you can sign up using ‘Google Account’ or ‘Facebook’

4) Click on the green button ‘Create Survey’ to start.

5) Click on ‘Create a new survey’ > Fill up the title of the survey > ‘Category’ > ‘Continue’

6) Lastly, you can write the questions that you want, customize the design, share your survey and there you

have it your own survey!
