• HEPACO established in 1984 in Charlotte NC. a
family owned business started with 6 employees
and one location.
• Over twenty-year period the company grew to 13
locations and 250 employees.
• 2010 HEPACO acquired React Environmental
Services expanding services and employees to
400.
• 2016 Gryphon Investors announce majority
investment in HEPACO.

• Doubled in size since 2016 due to organic growth
