There is a process for the migration of existing SharePoint (myChisholm) sites to Moodle. Key elements of this process are:-

•Support via eLearning Design Course

•Moodle site developers will be advised to follow a process of migrating Learning resources using the Step by step guide being developed by ELS.

For TAFEVC sites (Blackboard), a case by case approach will be adopted. In some cases, external support from e-Works will be required to reformat and transfer content.

Migrating existing sites to Moodle

Delivery Centre Directors are prioritising Courses in each Centre to focus effort.

Course Coordinators (or appointee) will be contacted by ELS and provided Custom Induction training in 2011.

The Course teams members will be provided access to training and support via the e-Learning Design Course support structure.
