Accounting and Professional Services

o B2 Consults accounting and professional services involves identifying and developing accounting and financial products/services designed to exceed our clients expectations

o Experienced consultants are consigned to review the client’s system and develop products in line with best practices to suit the clients specific needs.

Accounting and Professional Services Offerings Accounting and Bookkeeping

Our Accounting and Bookkeeping service involves understanding the clients businesses, reviewing and preparing financial statements for internal and external use as well as liaising with external regulatory authorities on behalf of the client to ensure regulatory compliance. We also provide access to qualified accountants for temporary purposes.

Taxation, VAT and WHT Registration

In ensuring that our clients are corporate citizens, we provide taxation services involving registration, computation and filing of personal and company income taxes, VAT and WHT. We also liaise with the relevant authorities on the clients behalf.

Our PeopleAbimbola Bello – Partner

Abimbola has over 10years finance and asset management experience. She started her career with Wema Bank Plc where she worked as a Financial Control Officer. She moved to Lotus Capital where she rose to the Position of Deputy Financial Controller and Head of Fund Accounting and Administration.

Abimbola holds an MBA (1st Class Honours) from Durham Business School, she is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a Certified Project Management Professional. She is also a Lifetime Member of The Beta Gamma Sigma Society

Our People Adewale Adisa -Consultant

Adewale has over 10years professional experience in strategy and business development. A graduate of Agriculture from University of Ilorin and a Cranfield MBA Alumni, Wale’s strategy experience started from Strategy Safari Ltd where he worked as a Senior Consultant before he joined Wema Securities and Finance as the head Corporate Planning and Business Development.

At Wemasec, he developed the company’s investment banking operations and profitably grew the company’s consumer credit portfolio in addition to creating and assisting in the implementation of the company’s Stock-Broking subsidiary’s business strategy.

He joined Diamond Capital Ltd where he was responsible for developing and growing the company’s business development function. Wale is currently the Chief Operating Officer / Head Corporate Development of CSL Stockbrokers in charge of developing the company’s Sub-Saharan institutional brokerage expansion strategy and responsible for tracking corporate and business level strategy execution.

 

Our People

Oluyomi Bello - Consultant 

Yomi has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and is an Associate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

  He started his career in 2002 at the Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt

branch of Guaranty Trust Bank as a marketing officer in the retail banking unit of the branch. His career in Guaranty Trust Bank covered retail and commercial banking in 4 different locations where he developed his skills in deposit mobilization, customer management, activity & performance reporting and team building & management.

  Yomi left GTBank in 2006 to set up The Strategos Company

(consulting outfit with offerings in Strategy, Human Performance & Customer Relationship Management). His consulting experience over the past 5 years covers business restructuring, policy & procedure reviews, strategy, business development, recruitment and training.

 

Our People Arinola Bello-Compliance Officer

Arinola Bello is a graduate of Economics with a Masters degree from the University of Lagos,Akoka.

She has worked for several years in the Non-Governmental Sector planning and monitoring budgets and donor funds and ensuring strict adherence to processes.She also had a brief stinct in the private sector(theSofttribe Limited) where she managed staff,vendors and clients.

She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management(CIPM) and an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development.(NITAD).
