• Human Computer Interaction Education (HCI-Ed)– Definition: HCI-Ed requires an initial conceptual understanding of the learning context, targets and values; before the design, evaluation and

implementation of systems and tools from a user/learner-centred perspective. This is complemented by the study of the major phenomena surrounding the impact of these processes.

• Human Computer Interaction Education (HCI-Ed)– E-Learning Quality Assurance – Merge User-Centred Design (UCD) with Learner-Centred Design (LCD)

• Ergonomics Evaluation Questionnaire• Involve users-learners in the early stages of design as well as in the validation of suggested changes• Verify cross-cultural & multi-disciplinary efficiency• 3 small-scale case studies• 3 Euro-CAT-CSCL versions were tested, evaluated, introduced changes and led to final release• 1 final study to validate the final release (quasi control/experimental)

• > Pedagogical Ergonomics– Utility, usability, accessibility and overall satisfaction using Euro-CAT-CSCL– Different disciplines & contexts– Different levels of both tools use, and learning expertise

• Average users, experts, students and tutors– Merging CSCW/L
